Privacy Notice
Last updated 17 May 2026
We take a quiet approach to data. We collect only what is needed to run the atelier, we keep it carefully, and we never sell it. This notice explains what that means in practice.
01 · What we collect
Account. Your name, email address, and an encrypted password hash, stored with our authentication partner, Supabase.
Compositions. The films you render — the property description you provide, the photographs you upload or import, the narration script that is generated, the rendered film file, and a small poster image used for share previews.
Membership. Your subscription tier, billing cycle dates, and a Stripe customer identifier. We do not store your card details — those live with Stripe.
Usage. Basic platform telemetry: how many films you have composed in the current billing period, the cinematic modes you have used, and anonymous error reports so we can fix what breaks.
02 · How we use it
To run the studio: signing you in, composing your films, delivering shared links, and metering your monthly allowance.
To improve the craft: studying patterns in how cinematic modes are chosen so we can refine the language of the product. This analysis is performed on aggregate, anonymised data.
We do not use your compositions, photographs, or property descriptions to train third-party AI models.
03 · Who we share it with
A small set of trusted processors help us deliver the service:
- Supabase · authentication, database, and storage of your account and compositions.
- Stripe · subscription billing and payment card handling.
- OpenAI · script generation from the property description you provide.
- ElevenLabs · narration voice synthesis from the approved script.
- Scrapfly · fetching public listing pages you choose to import.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we never share it with advertisers.
04 · Where it lives
Account and composition data are hosted within Supabase’s managed infrastructure. Some processors (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stripe) operate in the United States. When data crosses borders we rely on the standard contractual clauses they publish.
05 · How long we keep it
Compositions and account data are kept for as long as your membership is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within thirty days, except where retention is required for tax or legal reasons.
06 · Your rights
You may at any time ask us to confirm what we hold, correct inaccuracies, export your compositions, or delete your account. Write to privacy@noblstudio.app and we will respond within thirty days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country of residence.
07 · Changes
If this notice changes materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Smaller revisions appear here with an updated date at the head of the page.
