Terms of Use

A NOBL Studio account is personal and offered for the use of one named member. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any composition made under your account.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment partner, Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the membership portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Where required by law, we honour statutory rights to refunds for unused services.

You retain ownership of every film you compose through NOBL Studio. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, render, transcode, and serve those films from our infrastructure so we can deliver the service to you and the public links you choose to share.

You are responsible for ensuring that the listings, photographs, and copy you bring into the studio are yours to use, or that you hold the necessary permissions. Imported third-party content remains the property of its respective owner; we do not claim rights over it.

The NOBL Studio name, logo, cinematic mode language, narration register, and the underlying engine are the intellectual property of NOBL Studio. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the platform as your own.

NOBL Studio is intended for the cinematic presentation of legitimate property listings and architectural work. It may not be used to misrepresent properties you do not have authority to market, to harass, to infringe copyright, or to compose any film that breaches applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and to remove individual films where required by law or by a verified rights-holder request.

NOBL Studio composes narration with OpenAI and synthesises voice with ElevenLabs. Inputs you provide for script generation — principally the property description — are processed by these partners under their respective terms. We do not knowingly send personal data of third parties through these services.

NOBL Studio is provided as a creative tool. We do not warrant that any composition will achieve a particular commercial outcome, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
